The car has a japan plate on it so clearly it is well engineered.

3D wings provide that extra D which can be an advantage at times....

the reason i ask, is i'm in the procees of designing my own wing. And in terms of at home construction, the 2D wing will be a lot easier to build. But if there is an advantage of building a 3D wing, then i might also consider it.

Yes... the cheap versions simply add another D on the end, while the big dollar wings actually supplant the first D, therefore forcing the original 2 D's in the second and third position!

You also have to ask your self: "Self? What's better? 1D, 2D, or 3d?"

D =

DD =

DDD =


Sorry, 1lap is so childish.....


If your wing is high enough to be out of wind effect from your roof then 2D is fine. 3D is more prob important if it will be lower and might have some impact from your roofline's airflow. Where's Andrew Brilliant?
