Need some help deciding on IQ3 or AIM Sports datalogger
I decided to get rid of my analog gauges for next season. And i thought it would be fairly easy
to make the decision. But AIM Sports and the IQ3 have a big gap in price points. So i wanted to ask if anyone has experience with either? I am leaning on the IQ3 , but not 100% sure. They have a good support forum, and seem to respond well to customers questions. I just wanted to hear from another unbiased source. Because this is a $1,400 purchase. thanks!

We have the AIM MXL Pista, and we just got it so I cannot really give you any review of it but one of the main reason we got it for because it can plug into the AEM EMS
AiM Sports - MXL Digital Display and Race Data Acquisition system for AEM Engine Control Systems

we run the aim.. its a nice unit but their tech support seems to be lacking. Everytime we call them they are clueless.

Thank's, the one thing i do like about the IQ3 is that they have a support forum that seems to be quite active with customers interacting and sharing information.

they have several different tiers of data aq's and they also have courses so you can know what to do with your data...I got that stuff as part of my degree and we used pi. One of my friends went back to get his cert's on being pi data aq certified for race engineering. Very helpful guys and if you call them up, they will often have used systems for cheap as people upgrade

That is interesting to know about the used systems actually. I will spend some more time looking into them.

I think its called the GX2 or ???
Has F1 style dash and several channels of data. I use it for rpm, mph, laps, track maps, etc.
