NASCAR needs to adapt and change, just like any successful organization. Attendance is down, sponsorship dollars are down, and the days of 10-20% annual growth are long gone. They aren't immune changes in the economy and the industry overall so it will be interesting to see what kinds of changes they eventually adopt.

Look at this economy, pretty much EVERYTHING is down... I assure you they are and will be just fine.... Don't you worry there, big guy
Hahaha LMAO. Cool maybe you should send Brian France or Mike Darby an e-mail or better yet, make a call to them and let them and their team of thousands of top level marketers and business strategists know your thoughts.... Or maybe send them your resume... maybe they will be SO blown away with all you wisdom (like your lemming followers are) that they will hire you as a consultant right on the spot... Good luck with that one there...

I don't try to question a PROVEN solution, maybe just try to understand it more, Just my .02

I don't question their business model, but the whole "win on Sunday sell on Monday" is pretty far from reality anymore!

LOL.. yes, it would seem that way, but according to the latest annalists... that old saying still rings true according to Ford, GM, Chrysler, and Toyota marketing VP's (probably not as much as before).... even with the bad economy and low new car sales.

I think they should go back to production based cars... nothing like watching production based cars with 750hp trying to turn left at 200mph.
