No, i guess they probably got a slap on the wrist.

For comparison HKS-tv.com released video their time-attack G35 GT-R pulling a 1:54 at Fuji:

interesting, I think they focused on CG height, weight and other factors for tsukuba and it hurt them at Fuji. Their aero package doesnt seem to perform as well as I had expected.
