If im not mistaken the actual Time Attack for Tsukuba is a closed event that starts early morning and is open to the manufacturers and the Tuner shops. There actually arent any spectators at that perticular event. NOW we have members on here that live in japan and can probably shine some more light on that subject. What i DO know is that Hyper Meeting, and a few other events hold swapmeets and crazy pre game shows BUT the time attack in which the Mspeed skyline and the Hypermax EVO compete in is for sure a closed event.
