I just decided to go for it on the bondo. I guess it should be easy to fix if I shave it down wrong. Tomorrow is the day for the sculpting. I think it will turn out fine.

why did you grind out the bondo just to refill it with bondo ?? did i miss something?

Yeah, whoever did the bondo did it poorly and it was cracking through the paint.

I have a bit of art somewhere.(I ll look for it) I used to have tanuki on the wind sheild of my mazda..
BTW the intercooler was 3.5inch thick!... i miss her sometimes...
