Thank you for your interest in this event at STREETS of Willow Springs. The event will offer 5 run sessions 20-25 minutes long for each group. Drivers will be allowed to run extra sessions if there is room. All experience levels welcome.

LOCATION: Willow Springs Motorsports Park is located at 3500 75th Street West in Rosamond, CA. Take the Rosamond Blvd exit from the 14 freeway and proceed six miles west until you reach the track entrance. We will be entering through the second (main) gate. There is a $10/person gate fee charged by the track for all entrants (including spectators).


ACCOMODATIONS: Our host hotel in Lancaster, which we hope you will support, is The Antelope Valley Inn (661-948-4651), they offer a special rate for Speed Ventures drivers which includes a free hot breakfast and two beverage coupons for the bar. When you book your room, please state that you are with "SPEED VENTURES" to get your discount. If you have already signed up and not mentioned Speed Ventures, please call back and let them know!


ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive at the track by 6:50am. Check-in will begin at 7:00am and end at 7:45am. Our drivers meeting will start at 7:50. This meeting is MANDATORY for all drivers unless you have received prior clearance to miss it. Cars go on track at 8:20. PLEASE SHOW UP AT REGISTRATION BY 7:20am if you do not want to potentially miss your first run session of the day!


SCHEDULE: The event schedule will be provided in the envelope you will receive at the track.


CAR NUMBERS: You must have car numbers, at least 8" tall, located on both sides and on the back of your vehicle. Please use a 3-digit number of your choosing - we will notify you if there is a conflict with another car at the track.


TECH FORM: Speed Ventures does not tech cars. It is your responsibility to make sure your car is safe and sound to run on the track. Have your mechanic tech your car for you if you are not confident in your ability to do so. TOW HOOKS REQUIRED! Tow hooks are required on the FRONT of every car. Make sure your tow hook is installed and ready to go. If you do not have a tow hook, figure out a sturdy tow point that we can use to tow you off track in the event of a mechanical failure. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for damage done to your car when towing it off track, it is your responsibility to establish or install a useable tow point.
