Pad & Rotor Transer

Dose everyone here run a separate set of pad and rotors for track and street? For those of you that switch between street pads and race pads on the same rotor have you had any problems with pad transfer?
Just curious to see what everyone else is doing.
I'm stepping up to full race pads and rotors and I figure I would have to swap everything out if I want to go for a weekend cruse which would suck

oh well I guess thats the price we pay.
